At The Quiet Room Collective, we open doors to stories too often left unheard.
Our stories are created and performed by young people who traditionally might be overlooked for a multitude of reasons;
age, gender identity, cultural background, socio-economic status etc.
In our theatre, untold experiences are seen, voices are amplified, and truths are brought into the light.
We invite everyone, of every identity, to step inside, witness, and reflect.
Because these stories belong to all of us, and in listening, we all grow.

Ella is a recent graduate of Actors Centre Australia currently living and working on the lands of the Bunurong people
(Mornington Peninsula).
Ella returned to her hometown in July of 2026 and was thrilled to learn of the amazing companies and programs that were on offer for much of the community. However, she noticed one area in particular lacking which she saw flourish in her time in Sydney; a space for young people to meet, devise and perform together as artists.
The Quiet Room Collective is her answer to this gap in the local theatre scene.
Ella brings 15 years of experience as a live singer, with a strong foundation in classical and contemporary theatre. As well as acting, Ella has worked as a teacher, musician, writer and stage manager.
Ella is passionate about work that challenges audiences and values collaboration, precision and storytelling. She believes in platforming the voices of those who often go unheard, and offering a space for them to rise, which is what brought about the motto of our theatre company;
